You can access ChooseWELL 24/7/365 at your own discretion. To determine benefit of the program for the staff, once you agree to participate, your participation is tracked. Your 1-1 Coaching session(s), should you opt to use, is however private and confidential.

All of the ChooseWELL topics are grounded in challenges that most if not all of us face sometime in our lives. The 1-1 FREE Coaching Sessions are an opportunity to get individual input and have your questions answered.

All of the ChooseWELL meditations, and really every aspect of ChooseWELL, is designed to be accessible for everyone.
This is your personal journey. Begin where you are. And that is enough. Without judgement, let yourself explore.
All meditations are guided and are easy to begin with and evolve through. It's important to note there's no 'one, right way' to meditate. The most important thing is to begin. Whether it's just a few minutes a day or a longer session, the key is consistency and finding what feels comfortable. Over time, you'll likely discover the positive impact meditation can have on your overall well-being, both at work and at home.

The Well Spring Collective Series typically happens monthly and you do need to RSVP in advance. The sessions are FREE and a great resource and added boost of inspiration and energy for your well-being journey.
